GeoCities re-incarnate. So many got started learning web-design with GeoCities at a time when perhaps it wasn’t such an ‘in’ thing to do.

Here’s to the hope that NeoCities spawns a new generation of learning and experimentation, albeit with a lot less blinking and a bit more taste.
